It is engineered to deliver reliable, economical, and environmentally friendly combustion performance under demanding conditions, capable of overcoming high combustion chamber pressures typically found in modern high-rating boilers.
Wide Power Range: The burner operates efficiently across a capacity range of approximately 250 to 1550 kW, suitable for medium to large-scale industrial heating needs.
Advanced Regulation Options: Includes sliding two-stage and modulating control for precise fuel and air mixture regulation. The modulation feature allows continuous adjustment of flame output to match heat demand, enhancing efficiency.
Automatic Operation Sequence: Equipped with an automatic combustion sequence including pre-purge, ignition, flame monitoring, and safe shutdown.
Flame Supervision: Uses ionization principle flame sensors for gas operation, ensuring safe and stable flame detection. Dual fuel variants employ UV diode flame sensors.
Quiet and Stable Operation: The fan and combustion head design ensure stable combustion with low noise emissions.
Easy Maintenance: Hinged burner casing and adjustable combustion head simplify installation, servicing, and maintenance.
Fuel Flexibility: While optimized for natural gas, the burner design allows easy conversion to Liquid Petroleum Gas (LPG) without significant modification—only recommissioning is needed.
Safety Compliance: Complies with EN 676 for gas burners and includes required safety components such as double solenoid valves, gas filters, and pressure regulators. Valve proving systems are recommended for outputs above 1200 kW.

The burner integrates all components into a compact, modular assembly:
Motor and fan unit aligned perpendicularly to airflow for optimized combustion air supply
Combustion head with adjustable flame tube to match appliance requirements
Gas valve train including double solenoid valves and gas butterfly valve
Ignition system with transformer and electrodes
Servomotor-driven cams for synchronous gas and air regulation
Optional integral or separate control panels with flame supervision and safety interlocks
Upon burner start-up, a controlled ignition sequence releases a small ignition load of gas to establish a stable pilot flame. After ignition confirmation, the burner transitions to main flame operation with modulating or staged fuel input controlled by the servomotor. This gradual regulation ensures minimal combustion chamber disturbances and prevents pressure surges in the gas system during shutdown by enabling partial load shutdown control.
Our product operates on the same working principle as the Weisaupt G7 Gas Burner, utilizing continuous flame monitoring via ionization sensors that automatically manage safety shutoff if flame stability is compromised. For dual fuel models, magnetic clutches disconnect the oil pump when operating on gas, reducing wear.
