This Two Stage Progressive Gas Burner is a monoblock forced draught gas burner with fully automatic two-stage operation. It features a compact and user-friendly design, including:
Air Intake System: Equipped with soundproofing material to reduce operational noise.
High-Performance Fan: Straight blade design improves airflow efficiency.
Airflow Regulation: Includes an air damper and butterfly valve controlling air and fuel flow on the first and second stages, driven by a servomotor with a variable cam for precise adjustment.
Starting Motor: Operates at 2800 rpm, available in single-phase 220-230V/50-60Hz or three-phase 380-400V/50-60Hz.
Combustion Head: Constructed with a corrosion- and high-temperature-resistant stainless steel end cone, fitted with ignition electrodes, ionization probe, gas distributor, and flame stability disk for stable and reliable combustion.
Patented Housing Cooling System (HCS): Features high thermal insulation and continuous air circulation to actively cool the burner housing and protect electrical components from overheating.
Safety Devices: A minimum air pressure switch stops the burner if insufficient air is detected at the combustion head.
Microprocessor Safety Control Box: Offers comprehensive operational monitoring and fault diagnosis.

This burner series, developed to match the features and performance of the Riello RS34 Gas Burner, combines advanced combustion technology with intelligent control systems, making it an ideal choice for various industrial boilers and heat systems to achieve high efficiency, energy savings, and safe operation. Covering a firing range from 44 to 2290 kW, it has been designed for use in low or medium temperature hot water boilers, hot air or steam boilers, and diathermic oil boilers. Operation is “two stage progressive”; the burners are fitted with a microprocessor-based burner safety control box which supplies indication of operation and diagnosis of fault cause. The elevated performance of the fans and combustion head guarantees flexibility of use and excellent working at all firing rates. The exclusive design ensures reduced dimensions, simple use and maintenance. Optimisation of sound emissions is guaranteed by the special design of the air suction circuit and by incorporated sound proofing material. A wide range of accessories guarantees elevated working flexibility.
